Can anyone give me some feedback on the level of signatures I need. for example I have a design inputs document. Do I need to provide only signatures for the header page or do all pages need signatures? Or should I be using some form of stamp as well?

What is your company's policy on this?

I would have the design specs in one doc and have it signed of by the major team memebers.

Some companies do tend to praph each page. Depends on the use and distribution of the doc.

Another method of handling this would be to have the first (or last) page signed and rubber stamp each of the remaining pages with "Official if this text is in red (or blue, pink... whatever)ink".

i think it doesn't matter whether signatures for the header page or do all pages ,but if you signature for the header page, you need to mark all pages on page header or page footer or other method for identify the signature coverage.
