Hello - forgive my ignorance, but I need some basic help. We are in the process of starting a food microencapsulation business and I need to find out how to attain CGMP compliance. I've read the basic info on FDA.com. Are there services that can consult or is there someone who can help steer me in the right direction?

dmochen... there are food industry regulations.

These are located in 21 CFR 110 (Food GMP's).
