Principal Flavorist
Philip Morris USA Inc., a global leader in the manufacturing and marketing of consumer products made for adults, seeks a Principal Flavorist to lead and develop flavor systems compatible with current, new and future product lines as part of our Research and Development Organization located in Richmond, Virginia.
This position is responsible for providing direction, technical expertise, and signature approval authority in the creation and reformulation of casings, top flavors, aftercut flavors, process and product requirements for tobacco and non tobacco products. Position functions as an understudy to Master Flavorist and a mentor to Senior Flavorists and Senior Blenders.
